Bad side effects after first use

Give me upset stomach and runs next morning. I took the recommended dose. I've taken the capsule form of this from other Sellers and never had any issues. I realize everybody has a different reaction especially if you've never tried to certain supplement before but like I said I've had this another forms with no issues. I guess I will call it a loss and go back to the capsule form
