What is beta-alanine? 

Beta-alanine is the modified version of the amino acid alanine. The body converts beta-alanine into carnosine, which supports exercise performance and endurance. 

What is Thinkamine?

Thinkamine is a premium form of vincamine, a nootropic ingredient that supports cognitive function and focus.

Directions

Mix 1-2 scoops with water (6-8 oz. per scoop) & consume 15-30 min prior to exercise. Vary amount of liquid to preferred taste. Use only as directed. Start with 1 scoop for the first week to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.

Kaiju workouts with excellent flavor!

Really enjoy the overall effect of this pre. I use about a scoop and a half for the dose and my wife uses 1/2-3/4 scoop. Tasty flavors, well balanced without too many of the usually pre workout side effects.

Pretty good

The downside for this preworkout is that the flavor isnt too good. It is very salty and overall not a pleasant taste. Besides the taste its a great preworkout. It gives me pretty good energy and an amazing pump.

10/10 Preworkout

I've tried two of the Godzilla flavors so far (third on order) and so far Blackberry Lemonade has been my favorite. It doesn't have a gritty taste or feel like it's chock-full of chemicals. The pump is great, one scoop easily pushes me through 2 hours of heavy lifting. 2 scoops makes it all feel easy. No such thing as a bad lift when you've got RYSE Godzilla fueling you. 10/10!

PERFECT WORKOUT

8.7/10 Flavor is Hyped up.

Pump is extremely good until later in the workout leading to maybe having to buy RYSE's pump cap max. Flavor wasn't what I was expecting. The flavor is good, but it seems like the flavor solely based off of hype. 8.7/10 Pre.

Less than impressed. I jump around pre-workout supplements and sometimes you land on a dud. Coming from Woke AF and Altered Strength, this stuff came up seriously lacking even doing the extra dose they permit. Tastes like poorly mixed creatine, negligible boost of energy and will be buying one of my staples to replace.
