Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops of Gorilla Mode in 12-14 ounces of water and consume 30 minutes prior to training. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor level. First time users should begin use with ½ -1 scoop or less to evaluate tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24 hour period.

Loved it - at first

Don't get me wrong, this is a great pre-workout. I may get it again. The only issue is that I don't really feel anything after having used it for about 20 days in terms of stimulus. When I first used it, I definitely felt something but my body probably got used to it. The pump is really good, I will give it that. But in terms of that locked in feeling, it leaves something to be desired. Overall, for the price, there has to be something as equally effective that provides greater stimuli.
