Chocolate is the best flavor. I've tried them all and think the chocolate taste the best, then the vanilla and finally the Tri berry. Didn't make my stomach ache

Very helpful
I had gastric sleeve surgery and needed a product that was easliy digesable and had good carbs. This hits both needs and is very tasty. My running has improved since I started taking this before and during my runs.

20 mg per packet. A note - I recently read that unless you are are off of caffeine for at least one week before a race, using it during the race will not give you the performance boost you are seeking.

Jenny M

20 mg of caffeine per packet, it comes from the green tea extract.

Todd B

Not all GUs have caffeine. Check the label.
