Amazing!!

I'd been taking shatavari for years to balance my hormones and stumbled across this in the same aisle at the health food store. I liked the sound of the other ingredients so I decided to give it a try, not having much faith that it would have much effect. It actually sat in a cabinet a few months before I decided to give it a go. I didn't notice the effects right away but after a couple weeks of consistent use I suddenly realized "wow.... I've consistently been feeling GREAT lately!! What's that…

Feeking not so tired these days

I sometimes feel like I have brain fog or more tired but when I drink this with my brunch (I close in a kitchen so I'm always working nights). I appreciate this product and was sad to not find it in stores but thankfully I can order it online. I use a milk frothier to mix to blend it into my coffee.

Peace Powder!

I am on my second month of Happy Start Mushroom powder, although the flavor is not my favorite, this powder is effective in bringing me inner peace and calm. My 16 year old daughter recently commented I have been less reactive and more chill. That's a win for both of us!!!

sparkly morning boost

I've been pairing this with a coffee alternative each day and the overall effect has been energizing without an hint of an edge to it. I think I can see a marked uptick in skin radiance as well which is always a nice side effect.

Why did you choose this?
The flavor is listed as chocolate but there's no mention of it in the ingredients... is there actual chocolate? Is this truly calorie/carb/sugar free?
No , I have the unflavored one.there isn’t any chocolate in the product, although it does have the scent of chocolate powder, not taste wise,But nicely tolerable to drink, Because it does not list any nutritional specs, I cannot say it’s carb free, but it is definitely sugar free
It’s unflavored. You can mix it into anything. I do half the scoop instead of full scoop.
