Restless legs

This product was recommended to me by someone who gets restless legs. I struggle with that problem very often especially at night. I started taking leg cramps. 2 tablets and it really does help a lot. As long as it’s nit a really bad night they work.

Almost instant relief!!

As long as I can remember I've had bad charley horses in my calves, well now they have move to my thighs. Intense pain that I would scream from. When I seen this product on the shelf I was reluctant to buy but I decided to give it a try. Wow this product works almost instantly. After I take the pills it's usually just a few minutes and the cramps are gone. I can't thank you enough for such a wonderful product.

I have been having ...

I have been having terrible leg and hand cramps for past few months. Part was due to dehydration. However drinking plenty of fluids daily did not always help. Ended up in emergency room one night when I couldn't stand the pain. I started taking Hylands cramp pm and unbelievable the difference it has made. Still drink plenty of fluids Thankfully I found these great little pills. Recommend them totally

Best Answer: That's a good questions which I don't have a conclusive answer for. While the web site says with "quinine" it's not mentioned on the box, nor is is it listed as an ingredient on the box I have in front of me. My answer is that there is no quinine in this product. Possibly someone else will have another/better answer.

I purchase this product on a regular basis because I have found it to work well. It works fairly quickly because it is sublingual which melts under your tongue and enters your system much quicker than pills you have to swallow. This is the next best thing for leg cramps if you choose not to use prescription medication, in my opinion.

It has worked very well for me, very reliable. If a leg cramp wakes me up in the night, if I take two tablets, the cramp resolves in a matter of a very few minutes and does not come back during the night. If I take it before bedtime when I know my legs are tired, I do not experience leg cramps at allduring the night.

I've only used this product (so I don't have a basis of comparison) but it does work well (if not perfectly) for me. I only take this when I am having cramping at night (which is when most of it occurs). This product is definitely worth a try in my opinion if your cramping is occurring overnight.

I honestly don't know from personal experience because my cramps are in the legs. Restless leg syndrome. It works well for that and I would think it would work for the arms also, just looking at it from a common sense point of view. I think it would be worth a try. I find this to be the next best thing to prescribed medication for my legs. I have used it for several years.

I believe it is the quinine in the medication -- years ago, before they discontinued the sale of quinine tablets, my doctor had me on quinine -- it worked then -- and it works now -- both Leg Cramps regular and PM
