Directions

DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

This product mixes very easily, and taste good. It was exactly what I was looking for, and recently purchased my 2nd container. Product gives you just enough of a boost for your workout, and for me it continues for a little bit after which helps me feel better during the immediate recovery phase. I would recommend, especially to someone like me who is just entering the pre-workout space.
