Moisture everywhere lol
Love this stuff! Especially when I'm having a hard time getting myself to the gym, take this and you'll have no choice lol you get cold sweats (at least I did because my house can be pretty cold in the morning), hyper-salivation and a runny nose. It's a tad annoying but that's how you know it's working lol

A great fat burner
Expect a lot of saliva, plus a lot of sweat this will subside in about a week or so.
So far, we have been on it for a couple of weeks and it's doing a really good job. It definitely helps you throughout your workouts and my daughter and I see a big improvement. We highly recommend this product to anyone looking to burn unwanted fat.

Super Fat Burner
I lost my lower abdomen belly fat in 1 month from taking the normal 1tablespoon serving. I took it every day with my before or after drinking my preworkout. This thing really raises your body temperature though so just keep in mind you will get hot.

Boosts your workouts!
This stuff makes you sweat!
I mix it with a preworkout and you can definitely feel the gamma b kick in with the heat. Good to stack with anything. If you dont workout with this stuff, it definitely wont work miracles but even a light jog or long walk on the treadmill will help the sweat flow.

This stuff works it is great !!!!
I don't understand why this has low reviews. This stuff works. I take it every morning and my workouts are crazy by the time I leave the gym. I am soaking wet. Gives me a great energy boost as well . I will say you do have to work out or do some kind of cardio on this . You can't just take it and not be active..

Does taking this on an empty stomach hurt?

Best Answer:  That’s what I always do - and I’ve never had an issue

do you lose weight in your stomach?
A shopper

Best Answer:  Yes, my trainer says it's great for cutting. I've used L-Carnitine Thermo before every weight resistance training and cardio workout and it's been awesome. It hasn't been easy to become fit but combined with a healthy diet it helped transform my body to gradually lose belly and body fat, gain muscle, and lose weight.

Intermittent Fasting Hunger-Control Drink Mix - Orange Citrus
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. The most common intermittent fasting method is the 16/8 method. This involves a daily 16 hour fasting period and eating during 8 hour window during a 24 hour day. By reducing your caloric intake, this method can aid in weight loss as long as you don’t compensate by eating much more during eating periods and taken in conjunction with a regular exercise program. InMit is designed to help you through those fasting periods with ingredients that reduce food cravings, increase energy and optimize fat burning.
