Helps OCD
I take this to help with my OCD. I take a larger dosage for this reason. I don't have any side effects. No sleep issues. It has significantly reduced my OCD episodes. It's not a cure, but helps so much. I always keep it stocked at home.

Terrible. No type mentioned! Unprofessional.
There are eight types of inositol. Vitamin Shoppe doesn't tell you what type of inositol this is! So you have absolutely no idea what You're putting in your body. And when you call Customer Support, they have no idea what type of inositol this is either! Very very unprofessional. It appears as if this vitamin was made in a Third World country and vitamin Shoppe has no idea what's in it. Very poor and very unprofessional. Don't buy this

Horrible Insomnia
I got horrible insomnia that started the night after I started taking this. Like clockwork I?d wake up 4 hours into my sleep regardless of how tired I was/what time I went to bed. This lasted a week before I was able to figured it out.

I want to believe that Vitamin Shoppe has accurate labels but this experience is making me reconsider that. Pure inositol shouldn?t cause insomnia in the dosage I was taking.

One dose caused insomnia for me
I took one dose one night, one hour before bed. I could not fall asleep and got out of bed multiple times due to frequent urination.

Critical Sleep Aid
I have used Inositol since 1991 when a Dr. prescribed it as a sleep aid to boost my serotonin levels. I took it for several years without fail and without question before going bed. Sleep that had become sporadic after 2am, and sometimes simply eluding me until time for the day to start, became regular again-it was like a miracle. But then I forgot, and one day decided I didn't want to take another pill before bedtime, so I stopped. Four nights later I was wondering why I couldn't sleep, and kept waking up around 2am... THEN everything came back to me in a rush. I went out immediately to buy more Inositol, and have tried very hard not to be without it ever since.

I just started taking inositol on 4/11/2018 and today is 4/20/2018.What I can tell u is that I have experience no negative side affects and I have more energy. I hope I'll be able to give an update after a few months of use.

Dr recommended me to take for various reasons seems to be helping, too early to say for sure as most vitamins or supplements can take up to 6 mo to notice improvement. ..

What type of inositol is in your Inositol 650 MG (100 Capsules) product? I am looking for a combination of myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol, in the body’s natural ratio of 40 to 1.
