B12 is B-eautiful
I have been using the Vitamin Shoppe B12 as my go-to B12 supplement every morning upon waking up. I have been using it for months due to wanting a strong B12 supplement to round out my nutrition as a vegetarian. I recently had lab work done, and B12 was included on my report. My B12 level came back as 732, with a reference range of 180-914 being given with 180 being minimum range before deficiency and 914 being the upper limit. I whole heartedly believe this Vitamin Shoppe B12 helped ensure my B12 levels were more than adequate.

LOVE Vitamin Shoppe's B12
I love the B12. I had blood work done and my doctor said I was lacking B12 and Vitamin D. It doesnt taste bad at all! It's a great price for what you get!

Slow to desolve
I believe the quality of these is very good, but they take a very long time to dissolve. I would recommend using Natural Factors brand instead.
