Is this made from genetically engineered soy?

Best Answer:  I'm not sure and have stopped eating most things w/ soy, including this. The only thing I'm still using FOR NOW is my natto for high blood pressure, but I'm looking to stop that soon, too. GMO SCARES me and I've had some success w/ eliminating it from my diet.

I'm eating more omega-3, raw & unprocessed foods instead.

Which is better gel capsules or lecithin granules?

Best Answer:  I don't know if one is more nutritious than the other. However, you should know that the granules do have a taste of their own. They aren't flavored. It is a mild taste but an obvious one. You may not like that aspect, whereas that isn't a concern with a capsule.
