About This Product
Clinical studies consistently show that ashwagandha has a defined role as an adaptogenic herb, meaning it provides us with the resilience to overcome stress and maintain homeostasis (i.e. healthy baseline) when live throws off our rhythm. The key is supplementing with a quality ashwagandha extract that provides a proper dose of bioactive withanolides. This is why we crafted jacked factory ashwagandha with clinically studied KSM-66 organic ashwagandha root extract in the evidence based dose of 600 MG per serving. Our formula goes a step further thanks to the inclusion of astragin, a unique adaptogen combination that enhances the absorption and efficacy of bioactive withanolides in ashwagandha.

Didn't notice much
Though I'm sure that you're not really supposed to notice a *sharp* change in mood or anxiety, I can't say that I've noticed *any* real difference either way after taking a pill. I'm not saying it's bunk or anything; I'm just saying if it's working, it's not noticeable to me.
