Low iron Isn't Fun
I'm trying this product in replacement of liquid liposomal B12. If the absorption rate is similar, I will be switching to this.

Great for My Super Sensitive Stomach
I have not been able to tolerate most B12 supplements because my stomach is extremely sensitive (GERD, IBS, + sensitivity to a lot of medications). The Vitamin Shoppe customer service recommended I try this supplement because it was all natural and did not contain many of the chemicals in normal B12 supplements. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks with no stomach upset and am starting to feel the energy benefits of the B12.Thank you Vitamin Shoppe!

My favorite B12
I like Jarrow brand products because they are economical and high quality. This B12 rocks for several reasons. First of all because it is not that horrible bright pink of some other chewable or sublingual supplements I have tried before. What is up with that awful pink color? I don't want to coat my insides with pink just to get my B12. No worries with Jarrow B12. It is a very innocuous off white. The second reason I like this B12 is because it tastes great. I know I am supposed to let it dissolve under my tongue - but come on - who has that kind of time - and did I mention it tastes great. The rest of my mouth gets jealous if only my under-tongue gets the goods. I take it every day because I know there is no way to overdose on B12 and also because it is hard for your body to absorb it (especially if you don't let it dissolve under your tongue - but I think we covered that). I let this be my reward for taking my other vitamins. Yum. Yum.
