Gotta say this is my favorite flavor so far. Love the taste and the cookie bits are a very welcome edition. I mainly use the Jocko protein powder mixed in with plain Greek yogurt and it tastes amazing! Mixes really well and the end result is a smooth, creamy, as for this flavor, a little crunchy, tasty Greek yogurt bowl! Definitely will be buying more of this flavor and trying some new ones.

Shake tastes great. Even in just water it is close to a Grasshopper cookie, when mixed in coffee or milk it's even better.5g carbs probably helps them create the above, but is still reasonable, and not a lot of terrible ingredients. (Granted I'm not ultra picky or up to date on that part)I also like that it uses a Blend of Whey and Casein (and Egg), though I wish it was clearer a % of each.
