Too Sour!!!
Cannot get past the taste.
I bought these on advice of a doctor, who suggested the B vitamins. Even though they dissolve under your tongue, the Berry taste is plain sickening. Would not suggest buying this item.

Best Answer:  Seems a little vague...
Ingredients I don't know about list: Pyridoxal 5-phosphate, folic acid, methylcobalamin, "natural berry and other flavors", Cellulose, and sodium bicarbonate. a litte work on Google can probably secure the answer for you regarding these ingredients. The most suspect in my book is the "cellulose". it's sugar, but from what? They make it sound chemical, but I don't know. They very much taste (and dissolve) like Spring Valley B-12 dots. I would suggest calling if you're suspicious. 800-365-5966
