KAL® B-6, B-12 & Folic Acid ActivMelt™ micro tablets, with a delicious natural berry flavor, melt quickly in the mouth and are designed for optimal absorption in the body. Directions

Dissolve one ActivMelt micro tablet on or under the tongue daily. Use only as directed. Store in a cool, dry place.

I bought this one because the pills are tiny and it dissolves quickly under the tongue, so far I feel more strong since I started taking them and doesn?t bother my stomach at all. Thank you

Best Answer:  Seems a little vague...
Ingredients I don't know about list: Pyridoxal 5-phosphate, folic acid, methylcobalamin, "natural berry and other flavors", Cellulose, and sodium bicarbonate. a litte work on Google can probably secure the answer for you regarding these ingredients. The most suspect in my book is the "cellulose". it's sugar, but from what? They make it sound chemical, but I don't know. They very much taste (and dissolve) like Spring Valley B-12 dots. I would suggest calling if you're suspicious. 800-365-5966

Best Answer:  The B12 in this supplement is methylated, while the folic acid is not. The supplement directions state "Dissolve one ActivMelt™ micro tablet on or under thetongue daily."
