Directions

Ages 4 and up, start with 1 gummy and give up to 2 gummies as needed 30 minutes before bedtime.

Works quickly

We started using these when my teen stopped using Zyrtec for allergies but had a hard time winding down for bed. We only gave 1 and she was tired in 30 min. We were advised not to use daily but we do if my teen sleeps in but needs to go to bed early that night or for jet lag. Recommend starting with 1 first instead of 2.
