STRONG Fishy smell
Awful fish smell and taste! Just opening the jar envelopes the room in a horrible stale fishy smell. So much so I had to throw the entire jar away.

Big capsules, big results
This supplement, while probably helping maintain heart and brain health, also has an off-label benefit. i'm much more regular since taking these daily. i suppose that it's the fish oil that does it. these pills are huge, so take them with a little water at a time. if you're getting too much fishy taste after taking, you might wanna switch to the enteric coated.

New Formula Tastes Nasty
I've been taking this for a few years and I have always loved it, but they recently changed the formula and it tastes really fishy and gross now. The coating on the outside is way thinner (it used to be a solid black color but now the coating is thin enough to see through it) and is sticky so the pills all at stick together in the bottle. Still no fishy burps or anything, but they definitely taste of fish going down. Please bring back the old formula!!!

Better Results Than Plain EPA DHA
The capsules are larger, but the size issue can be solved by having it in your mouth 20 seconds longer before swallowing. I also use plain yogurt to help with the swallowing. The olive oil & sesame definitely help.

Best Answer:  There's nothing in the list of ingredients that would normally contain wheat or gluten, but the label doesn't say that it's gluten or wheat free. There could be contamination. The best thing would be to ask someone at Life Extension. I am pleased with the product and I do have a minor wheat insensitivity.

Best Answer:  I'm not a doctor, but I don't see any interaction between the two. Metamusel is a fiber supplement; this provides Omega-3 lipids. You might want to consult a dietician, nutritionist or doctor.
