Am I reading and understanding the instructions correctly? In order to get the 2000 Mg fish oil, 700 Mg EPA, 500 Mg DHA I must take 2 softgels twice a day?

Best Answer:  There's nothing in the list of ingredients that would normally contain wheat or gluten, but the label doesn't say that it's gluten or wheat free. There could be contamination. The best thing would be to ask someone at Life Extension. I am pleased with the product and I do have a minor wheat insensitivity.

Best Answer:  I'm not a doctor, but I don't see any interaction between the two. Metamusel is a fiber supplement; this provides Omega-3 lipids. You might want to consult a dietician, nutritionist or doctor.
