My domestic partner is a blue-eyed, over the road truck driver. I had purchased other brands of Lutein elsewhere but he didn't seem to get the full benefits as I thought he should. Even he told me that he has noticed a big difference between this brand and others.   None that I know of.I haven't experience any. I have had cataract surgery and I also have glaucoma which I take drops for. I have to go to the eye doctor every 4 months.So far all my check ups have been good.

Hi Barbara, What happen to me was I developed eye floaters and flashes of lights went to my eye doctor and she called it Posterior Vitreous Detachment so I stopped Lutein but now I want to go back on it but I'm afraid I dont know what to do

  The are an oval gel cap and a little bigger then the tip of the finger. Not as small as a Vitamin D gel cap but not really much larger than that.
