Better than Melatonin and very affordable
Great taste and works better than Bio- Optimizers Magnesium breakthrough, even the price is better. It doesn't upset my stomach and works within 30mins to help me fall asleep. I recommend to anyone who doesn't take melatonin well this is better!!
