Old chalky tablet was much better
This product used to be a chalky tablet, melted in the mouth. Okay. Now, you changed into a giant capsule with powder inside. It is hard to swallow and I will return. Where is my melting chalky tablet? I need to find another brand with melting tablets. For some of us who take tons of things, one less pill/capsule to swallow is key.

Changed from last time I ordered it
Upset because the last time I purchased this (and the reason for purchasing in the first place) was that the capsule had liquid magnesium inside. Now it has changed to a powder, which I didn't know before I purchased it. I have slow digestion, and last night I burped about 20 minutes after taking it and a white powder came out of my mouth! This is not good and now I am again in search of finding a capsule with liquid inside that I can take. So frustrating!

What is the source of the gelatin?

Best Answer:  It does not say on the label. It just says "gelatin." The label also says it is "dairy free," so it may not be bovine sourced gelatin. But it does not say it is "vegan" either. You may have to contact Vitamin Shoppe directly to get the answer you are looking for.
