Reviews note that these are pretty large soft gels and they are, however, on the side of the bottle is shows you how big they are so if you are unsure then go to your local store and check. These work very well for me and make me feel better quickly without causing stomach upset as I have a very sensitive digestive system. Will continue to purchase

BRING THEM BACK!!!
These soft gels were large yet perfect. The vegetable case capsules clump together after swallowing and just sit in your chest. Also I don't believe the magnesium is the same because I don't have the same effect on my sleep with the vegetable capsules as I did these. Very disappointed and will shop another brand.

Softgel Formulation
The softball form of magnesium glycinate did not agree with me. It made me gassy and bloated. I prefer the tablet form. Those work very well.

good quality, huge liquid gel caps
Good quality magnesium and high percentage of concentration. I don't give it 5 stars because the liquid gel caps are not just big, but HUGE. I would still recommend

Swallow issue
Noting reviews saying the size is a problem, I agree they seem large and not easily swallowed.
However, given the ingredient amount, maybe that influences the size. Another company's magnesium was half the amount but smaller in size. For someone wanting this Vitamin Shoppe brand maybe the liquid form would be a better option. I gave it 5 stars as, although I need to deal with the "inconvenient swallow" I do like the high quality Vitamin Shoppe brand and I think they do whatever they can to make a supplement as "user-friendly" as possible. My opinion is also formed by the great concern and care offered to customers at my Toledo OH Monroe St location. So lucky to have them here!

I like it
I think these do a really great job. I noticed a difference with the swelling in my body while using these. No more swelling... The size is the problem though
