its ok, but not what I expected
Taste is ok, texture is the same, does help keep me asleep. On the flip side I get less REM sleep on this. Does not cause drowsiness (in me at least).

It Works!!!
I've tried Magnesium in pill form and it didn't do much. This is much different. I take a heaping spoonful before bed and sleep like a rock, and feel and think better the next day. The few days I missed my dose were noticeable. Apparently I really needed Magnesium.

Great for relaxation and BP ??
I make a tea with this just about every evening. I'm not crazy about the taste at all but it relaxes me and has helped reduce my BP. Recently I started adding hibiscus flower which also helps with BP. I'm not a doctor but I recommend even if your magnesium levels are good. I ?? it

THIS REALLY WORKS!!!!!
I started using this magnesium powder three days ago. I'm loving it so far, except it does give me some heart burn. Probably from the lemon. I don't usually ever write reviews, but I made an exception. This is actually working wonders for my stress levels and my energy really has improved A LOT! I will continue to use this product.
