This is an excellent multi!
This is an excellent multi! It's perfect for my needs, since I prefer to split my daily dose between two days. I also appreciate that B-12 is in methylcobalamin form, not the cheaper cyanocobalamin. The ingredients are thoughtfully and professionally compounded from whole foods, and I am very happy with my purchase!

I've been using Mega Foods
I've been using Mega Foods vitamins for about 10 years now. Absolutely love them! One of my favorite things about them is not having to have a meal in my stomach when taking them. Mega Foods is the only vitamins for me. Highly recommend them if you are looking for vitamin recommendations.

The reason I started taking

  I believe that whole fruits and vegetables and grains are the best source of the nutrients our body needs. Our bodies utilize them more efficiently. MegaFood products are a whole food system and their slo-process also ensures a more wholesome product.

Best Answer:  It has green tea leave extract. Green tea does have caffeine in it but it is so little it barely registers as caffeine. I have been taking this twice a day. Once at lunch time with my lunch and the other at dinner with my meal. I do not take it on an empty stomach.Heidi
