The reason I started taking
The reason I started taking MegaFood Advance 55+, is because it is natural food produced. And at my age, my doctor recommends multi-vitamin with iron. And MegaFood meets the requirement.

Best Answer:  I believe that whole fruits and vegetables and grains are the best source of the nutrients our body needs. Our bodies utilize them more efficiently. MegaFood products are a whole food system and their slo-process also ensures a more wholesome product.

Best Answer:  It has green tea leave extract. Green tea does have caffeine in it but it is so little it barely registers as caffeine. I have been taking this twice a day. Once at lunch time with my lunch and the other at dinner with my meal. I do not take it on an empty stomach.
