This is the only way I can get my man to take vitamins is in gummy form and he really likes them. He was worried they were going to be sour or too much berry flavor when he switch from general vitafusion vitamins to the men's specific, but they are not sour or overpowering in taste. I like that they added zinc in the men's formula because it is very important for men to have zinc.
