takes half an hour to dissolve
Before purchasing, I consulted the Vitamin Shoppe associate because I wanted something quick dissolving. These say lozenges so I wasn't sure. She assured me they dissolve instantly under the tongue and I wouldn't be holding it in my mouth for a long time. Well she was wrong, expect to suck on these for at least 30 mins. Flavor is lemon artificial tasting and gets sickening after a while.

Feeling better
I have the MTHFR Gene mutation and I've had gastric bypass. While my doctor's have not specifically told me to take the methylated formulas I will say I just generally feel better since starting them.

excellent combination for non caffeine alertness
My wife and I have been taking one to two times per day for 6 months. I know a product works when my wife asks for it by name, when she wants a little pick-me-up that this Jarrow product delivers very subtilely. Best form of B12 and folate (not inferior folic acid). We follow Dr Mercola on Mercola.com who advocates this combination. Jarrow has the latest laboratories and production facilities, good brand, call Jarrow yourself.

Caused severe anxiety
Normally I have no problem with methylcobalim, but the mixture in this just didn't agree with me. An hour after taking this, I started to feel extremely anxious and became frustrated by little things. Maybe something in this doesn't respond well to Adderrall( I normally take Adderrall an hour before this), or perhaps I should have worked my way up to the methyl folate dose that's in this.
