I wouldn't buy this product again.
Great product and it really works. Can tell a difference in my hair already. The reason I won't use it anymore is because I saw in the ingredients that there are parabens in the shampoo. I don't like to use products with harmful chemicals in it. If you don't care about the chemicals in your products then would definitely use.

Best Five Star Shampoo & Conditioner
I have nothing but top five star reviews on Biotene H-24 I have long hair and at 71 yrs of age I look and feel as young as 45 especially using Biotene H-24 Read instruction how to use & you will never use anything else than this shampoo
Also by using Vitamin Shoppe vitamis helps keeps anyone on top of their gain.
Biotene H-24 gives you shiny/thicker/and fresh fragrance every shampoo I love the way it makes me feel knowing my hair is happy so am I

I have been using this product for about 2 months and I must say, I do have thicker hair and I have stopped shedding hair. For me, it doesn't re-grow hair where, over the years, it started receding some, but it makes new hair grow around current hair. My hair looks strong and shiney too. On another note, I started getting some gray hairs but I really think another product, gray-gone pill vitamin supplement (also sold on here) helped with that. You have to use both products for about 2 months to see a big difference. I recommend this product because even if it doesn't help re-grow hair in places where there isn't any, IMO, it helps slow-down losing hair. BTW, I can't smell an odor if it has one and nobody has ever told me my hair smells. One last note. I have found I have to shave my face more often now.

I have purchased this item a few times before, to me it works I have fine hair and after I shampoo and dry, it feels thinker than any other average shampoo. I go back and forth from the Biotin infused Mill Creek Shampoo - I like them both. This one however has a distinct smell, that I like. Will purchase again.

Like it, but too greasy
When I first used this Shampoo I liked it. The smell reminded me of my grandma. I felt a difference with my hair right away and saw that it started growing. I feel like I can't use it every day, because it makes my hair really oily. I would take a shower before bed and my hair would be oily by the time I woke up and then I would have to wash my hair again. There's another biotin shampoo & conditioner that I like better. Don't think I'll use this one again.

I have very fine, wavy, dry hair with oily scalp. I am sadly experiencing the thinning and fallout that comes with age. My stylist recommended this product after I told her of my frustrations. I don't have a lot of hair to begin with, and losing any of it sends me into a panic. I've tried expensive cleansing conditioners and sulfate-free shampoos with mixed results. With one use of the Biotene my hair looked fuller. After two weeks, I'm certain it really IS fuller, healthier with less fallout. I also haven't noticed color fading at all, and am able to go one or two days without shampooing--something I've never before been able to do without looking like a grease monkey. I will never use another brand again, at any price.

Love it!
I'm a Breast Cancer survivor and still going through chemotherapy. My hair starter to grow and this shampoo has helped my hair to come out faster and the smell and feel is so good. I even use it on my 5 year old son and he has blondish curls and they are beautiful.
