Directions

Shake well before use. Adults 18+, take up to 2 tablespoons (30mL) daily or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take either with food, juice, or on an empty stomach.

Hair is thicker and new growth

Have been taking for over a year and do have new hair growth and my hair is thicker. Around 3-4 months before I noticed results. Still lose some hair in the shower, typical for me, but not as much. I do notice an energy boost only when I take it first thing in the morning before eating. Only complaint is the price! Even when it's on sale a lot of people can't afford to stock up. Adds up very fast! It would be nice if Mary Ruth could find a way to lower their costs without sacrificing quality.

Skimpy Bottles!

Giving this one star because that is the only way to rate it! I usually take this vitamin and myself and family absolutely love it, however, as of late I am noticing the amount of liquid getting less and less. The purchase I made on 12/5 was the final straw! The liquid begins right where the picture of Mary Ruth begins. This is exactly 6.5 inches from the top of the bottle! For this vitamin to be almost $100, this is beyond unacceptable! The Vitamin Shoppe has agreed to let me exchange the bottle, which I am thankful for but this is of no fault to them as this comes in from the distributor whom I will be filing a complaint with.

Worth a try

This is tasty although I mix it with other liquid vitamins and or supplements. I started using it on 11/24/25. So far I see a difference. I have hair starting to come in around the edges. My only issue is the cost. The price is too high to get minimal results. I also use her hair growth supplement in almond cookie flavor & 2 other supplements; collagen & a hair growth supplement by spoiled child. Mary Ruths's morning multivitamin plus hair growth has given me the best results thus far.

Great buy!
