Skimpy Bottles!
Giving this one star because that is the only way to rate it! I usually take this vitamin and myself and family absolutely love it, however, as of late I am noticing the amount of liquid getting less and less. The purchase I made on 12/5 was the final straw! The liquid begins right where the picture of Mary Ruth begins. This is exactly 6.5 inches from the top of the bottle! For this vitamin to be almost $100, this is beyond unacceptable! The Vitamin Shoppe has agreed to let me exchange the bottle, which I am thankful for but this is of no fault to them as this comes in from the distributor whom I will be filing a complaint with.

Worth a try
This is tasty although I mix it with other liquid vitamins and or supplements. I started using it on 11/24/25. So far I see a difference. I have hair starting to come in around the edges. My only issue is the cost. The price is too high to get minimal results. I also use her hair growth supplement in almond cookie flavor & 2 other supplements; collagen & a hair growth supplement by spoiled child. Mary Ruths's morning multivitamin plus hair growth has given me the best results thus far.

Great buy!
This has been a game changer for me and my family. A teaspoon of this has helped keep the doctors away and we actually feel more better as far as the hair grow. I haven't noticed any changes yet, but I'm sure given some more time I will.

SOOO disappointed
i just got mine in and tried it for the first time. this does NOT taste like peach mango. first of all, the color was dark brown and thick. little thicker than syrup. i got two bottles and thought maybe this one was bad so i opened the other one and it was the exact same. the taste was disgusting and the color made it even nastier. i ended up throwing it all away. the reviews ive read said it was liquid and orange, mine was the opposite.

I only been using this product for a week now and i see baby hairs coming out and 50% less hair fallout after I shower than what i usually lose! Im shocked hopefully my progress improves since i've been experiencing hair loss for a while
