Best Answer:  You do not mix water with it. I take it full strength. If you do not like the taste you can mix in water juice or whatever you want

Best Answer:  I add this and a liquid joint supplement to about 6 oz of water and 2 oz of V8 fusion juice. I have also used Orange Juice. This is how he prefers it.
