About This Product

Build, recover, and perform at your peak with MuscleTech Clear Muscle, an advanced liquid HMB softgel formula designed to support lean muscle growth, strength gains, and faster recovery. Powered by BetaTOR, a patented free-acid form of HMB derived from leucine, Clear Muscle helps stimulate muscle protein synthesis while reducing muscle breakdown, giving your body the support it needs to maximize training results. Unlike traditional HMB products, Clear Muscle delivers its active ingredients in a fast-absorbing liquid softgel, helping promote efficient uptake and faster availability to working muscles. Whether you're pushing through intense training sessions, aiming to build lean muscle, or looking to enhance recovery between workouts, Clear Muscle provides science-backed support to help you reach your goals.

MuscleTech's Clear Muscle is designed to help with recovery and increase your muscle mass. In the short time I've been taking it, I have noticed my muscles not being as sore and tired after working out. This has led to me being able to work out harder and lift heavier weight. Which in turn leads to increase muscle mass. You do have to take 3 pills a day so it does get a little pricey to maintain that consumption. The pills themselves are a large soft sided pill. They have a weird taste but they…

I picked up this item for my husband who was ready to get back into a shape other than round post COVID craziness. I'm happy to report that he is trimming himself up more than our yard heading into the fall season. But hey, happy husband happy? well you get it ;)

I've really enjoyed this product it have given me noticeable size gain. The capsules do smell like vinegar and taste a little, there is no after taste though. I've noticed my arms are tighter and feel so much stronger. You have to take the them regularly and workout.

Building muscle

This does a pretty good at helping build muscle. No jittery feelings with it like some other work out supplements. I will most likely continue to use this either consistently or periodically. If it's easy to find.

Great gains and muscle strength!
This review was collected as part of a promotion
I've been using this product for 4-5 weeks now. Many of my workouts include HIIT and strength training. Because I enjoy tracking reps/set, I was clearly able to up the number of reps (and weight!) by week 2. Additionally, the muscle recovery has been great the next day. Previously, I'd have to take the next day off but with Clear Muscle I am always ready to go. Push ups, sit ups, chin ups, squats have all increased in reps. The product also includes very clean and clear ingredients which is so…

Great product!

I've been taking this for about two weeks! I am already starting to see a difference. My muscles are starting to become more defined and I am feeling more energy. The capsules themselves do smell a bit odd. much like apple cider vinegar. but overall that's not a deal breaker. I like that I don't feel jittery with use. Overall a good product and I can't wait to see how it further helps me on my journey in the future.

Can this be taken with food or on an empty stomach? a couple of times ive taken it with food and i have thrown up.
Arslan A.

Best Answer:  I would recommend taking it on an empty stomach then, or with just a protein shake, instead of taking it with a meal.

THOM
Being that it's 168 capsules, will it work if I extend it for 8-12 weeks instead of 4? I'm on a budget.
kawaune k.

Results differ depending on the individual, fitness routine, diet, age, etc. With that in mind, lowering the usage may not produce the effects that others have achieved. Still, you may notice some effects, again, as everyone is different.

Lawrence C

I am sure you will notice its effects. I did not take the full serving size and noticed a difference, correlating to the products claims.
