It may not show me as a verified purchaser as I pick up from the vitamin shoppe near me, but I can assure you this brand of Kava Kava works. I've tried another brand VS sells, Gaia herbs, and it just didnt do it for me. I moreso follow the "Do not exceed more than 300 mgs Kavalactones a day", and I take 4 every night about an hour before bed (240 mgs), along with 1200 Mgs of Ashwagandha (also vitamin shoppe). Full night, restful sleep, with vivid dreams! I've also taken the Kava separately and it's a nice weight off of your shoulders! Definitely recommend

I felt a difference
I recently tried the Kava Kava Mood & Stress supplements and pleasantly surprised. After about two weeks I felt a difference stress levels seemed to go down and I wasn't so down. In result of that I slept better and had more energy. I plan on continuing to take them everyday for now or at least until the world calms down.

Don't know??
Keep getting asked if I enjoyed these, but I don't know they never came. I do suffer from high anxiety and would of loved to see if this product worked. When I get nervous I sweat all over mostly my hands and feet was hoping this would help. But guess I will never know. Thanks anyway.

Naturally helpful!!!
I am stressed out quite a bit with work and just everyday life. I recently stopped smoking and these capsules definitely came in handy. I started taking these supplements on a daily basis and I was very pleased with the way they made me feel. I felt much calmer and I didn?t stress about things I had no control over. I was in a much better mood and my family could definitely tell that my mood was different. I?ve told many of my friends and coworkers about Natrol Kava Kava mood and stress capsules.

Great Effects
These mood and stress capsules have had a great effect on me. It took a couple of days to really feel the effects but the hardest part for me is to remember to take it daily. Now that I'm feeling better, I have no problems remembering to take it. I'm almost done with my first bottle and plan on purchasing another very soon!

I like these capsules. They are not very big and easy to swallow. I have not really noticed any differences in my mental health but I also do not have any problems with stressing or anxiety. They may work well for someone that struggles with these issues. I have had no bad side effects.

Stress Less
I've been taking this product for about a month, now and I would like to state that it seems to do what it says. This is coming from someone who gets stressed out very easily and who is usually stressed a good amount of time. I started taking it in the mornings before I go to work and it has helped keep me calm and extremely mellow. I was actually skeptical if these would even work. What I like most is that I have been sleeping a lot better at night, it doesn't take long for me to relax and get sleepy. I believe it has helped me have less anxiety as well so that is a bonus.

I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Great product
I usually have high stress due to work o took these and could tell a difference after a couple of days. My stress went down and I could tell I was less aggravated. I really like these and will continue to take them.

Helped my stress tremendously!
These helped my mood by giving me more time to think before I respond due to lowering my stress level. I was impressed by the effectiveness and how fast they helped. I am able to handle the stress level of life without needing to worry about what the next day brings. The price was fantastic for the quality you receive.

Worked well
I took these for a week before electing to write the review on this product. I?ve felt a bit happier after using them, so they definitely do work, however the effects of the pills seem to wear off relatively quickly.

Best Answer:  I take this typically in the evening, if I'm having muscle aches or restless legs. This can also be taken in the day time. I took this when I was quitting smoking and I think it really helped me - it was my ninth time trying to quit smoking after 20+years and I've been a non-smoker now for 14years!

Best Answer:  Madree M. I have used Kava for some time and never find it making me feel sleepy or tired the next day. In fact I use it often during the day without feeling sleepy for fibromyalgia muscle pain. It is a wonderful muscle relaxer without all the side effects of prescription meds.

Best Answer:  try Natures Answer Kava-6 (Alcohol Free) (1 Fluid Ounces Liquid) . It really works well, and quickly. Personally, I would only use that once per day, at bed time. For daytime support, have you tried L-theanine? 200mg every few hours seems to help.
