I used the liquid form for about 5 years & it grew my hair like grass; after the first 6 months you'll notice significant growth. Just follow the instructions the liquid form works !

  Yes, but it doesn't have to be juice. It's quite bitter so you'll want to add it to something, even water so it goes down quickly. Also it needs transport since it's such a tiny amount.

  Collagen is an ingredient. It also has ch-OSA but I do not know what it is.

  Per Biosil, We recommend taking BioSil drops with fruit juice because many juices can easily mask BioSil's particular taste ... and panels that we've set up, red and purple juices were voted the best tasting beverages to mix BioSil in.

  I haven't added it to hot drinks but to warm lemon-water first thing in the morning. The vitamin C in the lemon helps with the absorption. I do put powdered collagen in my hot tea, which I drink after the lemon-water. Doing these 2 things, I've actually had an increase in bone density in my femur head over the course of 2 years. I don't know if hot drinks would affect how BioSil works, but warm drinks don't seem to be a problem.

  I like the product, but it doesn’t have the best flavor and I would not put it in my coffee or tea. I take Natural Vitality calcium magnesium drink twice a day and I add it to that. I would suggest a juice drink.

  I have always put biosil in room temp or cold drink. Not sure if it's effectiveness would be diminished when hot.

  It didn't cause any issues for me. My skin, hair and nails seem more hydrated. My nails are much stronger when I'm taking this. Cuticles are much nicer too.

  I have been using it for at least 3 years. I don't see any reason why it would. I have never had a problem with it. It is helpful for your skin and bones.

  Of course I can't respond officially or scientifically, but I have taken it for years and have not noticed any such reaction or consequence.

  There are 600 drops in the bottle. So 10 drops/day would give you 60 days usage.

  It took me about 6 months to notice a huge improvement but I was only taking it once a day. You will need to take it morning and evening, and it will probably be effective sooner. Awesome product, better than any other I tried.

  A 30ml bottle lasts about a month for me. I try to use 8-10 drops per day but can be heavy-handed sometimes. You might get longer use.

  If you use 5 drops, twice a day, which I o for hair, nails and skin, the 30ml will last 2 + months...closer to 3.

  Although the ingredients show to have little and no extreme side effects, as always when adding any sort of supplement or vitamin to your regimen, you should consult a doctor.
