Directions
We suggest starting out with one teaspoon of Natural Vitality Calm powder and gradually increasing to three teaspoons daily. Start by placing your desired amount of powder into a cup or mug, add 2-3 ounces of warm water, and let your drink fizz. Stir the drink until the powder is completely dissolved, the fill the remainder of the cup with warm or cold water.

Was Great - but they changed it
The original company was bought out by a huge umbrella corporation and now the product is different and tastes awful. We've used it for 6 years and now I can barely get it down.

Fresh fizz!

Great product
Raspberry Lemon flavor magnesium is amazing! It taste great and I love adding it to my water and adding extra lemon! I never like magnesium because the taste is usually terrible but the raspberry lemon is fantastic! It's truly a game changer! It also is good for a bowel movement. It does take effect quickly, so watch how much you take. I love this stuff!!

Hot flashes disappeared
I started using this at the 1 tsp level off and on. Once I began using it religiously and temping up to 2tsps,my menopausal hot flashes completely disappeared. I was having 8-14 per day/night for the last 4 years and thought it was just something I'd have to live with. No More. It's really miraculous. I started taking it to help with regularity and it has also helped with that. 2 big problems, 1 easy solution and I love the Lemon Rasberry flavor.

Best Answer: I'm not a doctor, so I think you should verify with your doctor. That said, this product contains no sugars or sweeteners, and has a nice lemony taste. I take it nightly. My friend only takes it when she has muscle cramps in her calves. Her cramps are relived within a minute or two of her sipping the tea. It works that fast!I prefer the magnesium plus calcium because I seem to absorb more of it.
is it safe for a pregnant woman to take this ??? 11 weeks pregnant

Has anyone taking this Calm powder use it to relieve hip pain?
Best Answer: No, as far as I know it's not a pain reliever. I use it because it has a large dose of magnesium which keeps me from being anxious and having a racing heartbeat. It also has other minerals and calcium to help with muscle cramps.
