Shake well. As a dietary supplement, take two tablespoons or one capful (about 30 ml) once daily. Source of Life® Prenatal Liquid is so delicious, you can enjoy it straight from the bottle or mixed with a favorite beverage. Do not exceed recommended serving.

Works well for me!

I've used this liquid prenatal for some years now and even while pregnant. I did pause while experiencing morning sickness because let's face it, nothing stays down then. Other than that, I've enjoyed it! It's a vitamin, so I don't expect it to taste like candy. It's green, which again, it's a vitamin made with veggies and such, so I don't expect much of the color. The consistency is almost like crushed up vitamins inside of a smoothie but it's only a capful I take so it's tolerable for me. I just chug it and drink some water and I'm fine.

I'll continue to buy it. I like that there's no weird after taste for me. I feel like I'm getting all of my nutrients in addition to my diet.

Great product!

This is a great prenatal vitamin. It allows you to get the necessary percentage of vitamin and minerals you need during pregnancy. The only thing it lacks is an ample amount iron, but most supplements don’t contain much either. It has a favorable taste, if you can get past the unusual green color.

If I could put zero stars I would. WORST product.

From the second you remove the cap, the vile smell fills the air. The look of it is even worse. It is dark green and chunky. The taste is nausea inducing. I am suffering from morning sickness and was hoping for something that would be easy to get down and stay down. Within 15 minutes, I was vomiting heavily. I would definitely NOT recommend this product. I returned it immediately.

I would buy this again

Absolutely would buy this again and tell all my friends about it! I got it from my friend she said try it I was a little hesatin at first but I tryed it and love it even if your not pregnant it just makes you feel good try it !! I was not paid to say this I'm a real person who really likes the product.

Recommended!

I've been taking this prenatal for years and it is absolutely the best! I've recommended it to all my sisters and friends and they LOVE it too! I feel amazing and the Doc tells me "I don't know what you're taking, but keep taking it!" Easy on stomach, unlike most high dosage vitamins. It has all the vitamins we need for us gals whether you're pregnant or not. I totally recommend!

Best Answer: I am not sure...I have a bottle of the regular liquid vitamin and it has fructose in it, it tastes just like the prenatal liquid vitamins. I would check with your doctor. Good luck!
