Works GREAT for Hot Flashes. I seldom get hot flashes, but every once in a while, my hormonal levels shift, and I'll have an episode of hot flashes. I take two Black Cohosh and within minutes, everything calms down and the hot flashes stop, and then I don't get them for a long time again. Unfortunately, even though it was recommended by a doctor, the Black Cohosh clashed with two other prescriptions I was taking. My feet started to noticeably swell.
Yes, it worked on the hot flashes really well, but it had a couple of side effects.
