  MSM is supposed to be good for inflammation and joint health. however, i didn't see a real difference, so i reverted back to the hydraplenish w/o MSM.

  I currently take the dose in the am and pm. However, regarding the injections, my husband had them done for several years before eventually having total knee replacement. The injections worked great for him and gave him the time to wait until he could have the surgery.

  It doesn’t matter when you take them ... with or without food, time of day, etc. Don’t worry, these do not have strict scheduling guidelines.

  I’ve been taking Hyaluronic Acid, per doctors orders, since 2005 for joint lubrication. I soon found Hydraplenish. I take it anytime day or night! It can be taken with or without food. When I forget, I pop two with no problem. The response regarding not taking it around eating other proteins etc is ... well, not correct.   I have heard it said that for best results, to take it on an empty stomach and not to eat other proteins within a 1/2 - 3/4 of an hour of taking it. You should contact a health-care expert to confirm what is best for you.

  Yes, if you don't have a sensitive stomach. I usually take it at mealtimes with other supplements that should be taken with meals.

  I'm not sure. I always have taken it maybe an hour before bed and 3 hours or so after dinner.

  I am not sure what the MSM does, but I like the product. I used the other version and found it to be good, so I thought I would try it with MSM. It seems to help with the joint pain in conjunction with the Glucosamine/Chondrotin supplement that I take.

  I am 73 years old and have no joint aches. I believe hyaluronic aciid has contributed to cushioning my joints and also have great moisturized skin for my age. msm definitely boosts the immune system.
