Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule one to two times daily, preferably with water.

Calming.

I like this product. It is calming and gives me a sense of well being. I only use for 8 weeks as my health encyclopedia advises. Some Kava supplements say not to take for more than 4 weeks. I switch to ginseng or ashwagandha products for 4-8 weeks then return to Kava.
So do your research on how long this can be taken safely.

Great for sleep

Very good. Can make you nauseous if you take too much, but recommend dose on bottle isn?t enough for noticeable effects. It?s different for everyone though, and works best when taken with food.
