Amazing-Surprising results
I recently read in several articles regarding research showing how important K2 is for bone health and circulation. K1 (which is highly available in plant foods) is for blood coagulation so not the same thing. and K2 is generally only found in animal products-to say the least I was thrilled to find this vegan k2 product, which doesn't have that Nattokinase added (I've read the nattokinase can be toxic).
