Bad hair color
This is the first time using this product. It is a terrible product. Burned my scalp. Have these dry scabs all over my scalp. Constant itching and my face and eyes are swollen bad. I took every precaution to make sure none of the product touched my face and eyes. No hair fallout though. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

Harsh chemicals
I'm not certain how "organic" this product is because it severely burnt my scalp and I lost some hair as a result.

After coloring and using hair conditioner my hair has a nice sheen. Pls provide conditioner as other as other companies do. Thanks
I like this product. So far no adverse reaction to my scalp or skin. However, I wish the box would contain
the hair conditioner from the same company. I seem to look for some other conditioner after coloring my hair. Thanks

Product needs attention
I have given a great review in the past and stand by that as far as the quality of the product. Last 3 boxes of hair color have had hardly enough product to cover my hair and it doesn't go to my collar. And what's up with the gloves? The ring and little fingers are twice as long as the other fingers. Is that hard to fix. I can't even use them. When I pay $18 a box for hair color I expect better quality of what's in that box.

Good alternative to chemical based color
This product has not led to any itch or burn and neither does has it led to any significant hair loss - in my case - which is a good sign for a paraben/chlorine/sulfate free hair color. The hair coloring however, does not last long; but that is inevitable I believe, given the presumably fewer chemicals that go into this product.
