Wasteful packaging
I have no patience with the outrageous packaging New Chapter calcium arrives in. A huge cardboard box extravagantly decorated to give the illusion of a gift. It's an absolutely maddening waste. I will be canceling my subscription. It's a supplement for heavens sake!

My choice for my bone health.
Bone strength slim tabs are my go to for plant based calcium, easy to swallow, time released tabs. I purchased these for better absorption. Plant based calcium has been shown improve bone density in DEXA scans. My next scan is later this month and I can't wait to see improvement.
