      I purchased this because I have always had problems with sleeping. I now take it religiously before bed. It makes me feel super cozy and is so amazing with sleep. I have ordered other brands but this has been far and above the best. So much so that I have bought it for multiple family members and coworkers!

      Big tablet
      I read others talk about how big the tablet is but since I swallow so many big pills each day, I figured I would be fine. The other reviewers were absolutely right. The pill is big and of that white chalky material that makes it harder to slide down too. I'm sometimes able to do it but it's not worth the extra stress in my life when this is supposed to be a calming supplement.

      I have had muscle spasms since childhood. Have been taking magnesium with calcium. Just read should take the mag. with nothing mixed in it. I need to know the brand and amounts recommended. Also results of people taking it.

      Sorry, I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, but curious if you have tried higher doses of Co Q 10, I say this because this has definitely helped my spasms related to statin use, but I found that 30mg & 50mg were not enough, it took 100mg, and maybe for your condition, as I do not know the cause, it could take even more, but I would research this yourself for the maximum dose, probably in a European study, they seem to look at these things more than the US medical establishment.         Sorry, I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, so I don't feel qualified to answer Marilyn's question about the dosage for her specific condition. All I can say is that I think this is a good product. It seems to help control my atrial fibrillation. I take 3 tablets a day (one with each meal.) It sounds like Marilyn needs to seek help from a holistic or nutritional doctor, if possible. I wish you good luck, Marilyn.
