Works very well
Works as intended. Many folks do not like the pins and needles feel but that's the flush and very healthy for you. I take it several hours before working out to time the flush to happen just before.

Should say no flushing!
I have been using niacin for 7 years. I have yet to have flushing after 2 weeks using. I like to know my blood capillaries are dilated.

I took only one capsule of it , and I had very bad reaction, weird inexplicable squiggles in my brain, rash, burning sensation of my skin. I will never take it again.
