      OMG, ditched the cane and knee feels good unexpected result

      This was good to start my spirulina journey, but I've since upgraded to EnergyBits for the longer lasting full health benefits. Nothing wrong with this product from my experience. It's a great product if you want to try it for a few months.

      Wonderful Product
      I've been taking this and Chlorella since my stroke last May. I can say that I have more energy and don't worry about if I don't eat enough veggies today because Spirulina is a Superfood. I feel more alert, my body is recovering well. My blood press has been stable.

        They are swallowable with a lot of water. You can chew, but spirulina is an algae and has an aftertaste.

        The short answer is yes. I've been taking Spirulina for decades as well as A, B-Comlex, C, D, E and a multi-vitamin all the while. It's not a vitamin. Basically the body craves chlorophyll and fiber and this is an excellent way to get both.

        I do take this with multivitamins and have for years. Spirulina is like a super food and totally different than a vitamin. So should not be a problem.

        I do it all the time! I like to take the Spirulima in the evening after I get off work as a "pick-me-up" and to get me through my evening work.

        Unless you have a condition where the combination provides something that is not good for you, I see no reason why there would be a problem.

        I would believe so since spirulina has nutrients in itself. I wouldn't take it late in the day though because it can increase energy.
