You ask how I like the omega 3-6-9? The answer is not much. The amount of EPA and DHA is lower by a factor of 10. I will not buy this product again.

Suspicious reviewer on the EFA gel tablets
I found that the EFAs went down very smoothly. The reviewer, who said he experienced problems swallowing the gel tablet/s and almost choked, obviously has other issues and should consult a medical professional. His review, really sounded stripped. I wondered, maybe, if he's competition. Although, not wanting to appear dramatic, the reviewer, went on to say that the shape of the gel capsule was bad. If you can't swallow a round gel tablet, then, does he want it square. . Well, as if his dissatisfaction with the product wasn't enough, he went on to tell other not to buy it, as if he had some invested interest, or vendetta against the seller. That, my friends, makes this person's review, highly suspicious and problematic. If you would survey a hundred other people, about the motive of this reviewer, it is no doubt in my mind, that their conclusions would be the same. The bottomline, is that this reviewer, has an ulterior motive. That's my take; couldn't help but notice.

Extremely easy to swallow
Medium-sized, football-shaped pill. I pop it into my mouth along with 6 - 8 other pills (part of my late night regimen.) Including a horse-sized glucosamine pill. I move them back toward my gullet with my tongue, take a swig of water, and they all go down, nice and easy.

So, Dee, if you have difficulty swallowing this pill, the problem isn't physical.

But, to its efficacy, I started this supplement for wintertime skin, to keep the skin from drying as badly. But now I use it year-round and feel it helps skin and other tissue, like heart.
