I have been taking Omega
I have been taking Omega 3-6-9 for a few years now and have noticed a big difference in my overall health. My hair, nails and skin all look healthy plus, I feel good. There's no fishy taste or aftertaste as well as smell. It's a plus for me.

I started taking as a last ditch effort to help my joints. As a runner it's a bit like bailing water from a leaky boat but I've noticed slight improvement so I'll take it.

Not Burpless, but Tasted Of Lemons
Definitely wasn't entirely burpless, but did have a pretty pleasant lemon taste, so it didn't taste like algae at all which was nice. The softgel was easy to swallow.

MegaFood vitamins are the best
MegaFood vitamins are the best I've tried. Whole food ingredients with no synthetic fillers are important to me when choosing vitamins and supplements. So far, theOmega 3-6-9 have made a difference in how I feel, but it takes at least 60 - 90 days to feel the difference. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for affordable, good quality vitamins or supplements.
