Directions

Take one tablet daily. Can be taken anytime, even on an empty stomach. For all-day nausea relief, take 1/2 tablet in the morning and 1/2 tablet later in the day.

Pregnant at 41
I purchased these pills on May 24 2025. strictly for the daily vitamins and benefits
for hair, skin and nails. After taking these pills for a month and a half, I had to stop because they gave me cramps.
Apparently, these pills work because I just found out I am about 13 weeks pregnant. The child will be due late March/early April.

I will be 42 years old in January and my partner is 59. This is my FIRST child. This blessing was totally unexpected as I barely had relations with my partner due to busy schedules.

I really should have read the bottle ingredients properly which is my fault. maldroextrin added sugar, sunflower letchin and palm oil which if you take daily is terrible for your body and inflamation. Why put so much more junk in your vitamins.

Too big - Choked
While the product itself is great - flavor is fine/neutral (sort of herby) and the ingredients are high quality - the pills themselves are humongous.

I had to split them in half, and even then, they got stuck in my throat and I choked on the half pills at least 5 times before giving up on these.

I'm back on the Perfect Prenatal which is a reasonable sized pill - I wish the 35+ formula came in smaller pills that you took more of. However, my brain still thinks I'm going to choke on the smaller pills every time I take them so it's a battle between nausea and rewiring my brain so that I know the smaller ones are safe to swallow.

TLDR; these are HUGE. Unless you KNOW you can handle swallowing humongous pills (I thought I could), I'd recommend getting the Perfect Prenatal instead.

Great prenatal!
I have been taking this prenatal for a few weeks and I really like it. It is one larger pill, but it was still easy to take. I like the mix of vitamins and minerals, I feel like I am getting everything I need in one pill. Also, I have had no unpleasant flavors or gas after taking. The biggest plus is that I have had no heartburn or nausea after taking, like I have had with other brands. I definitely recommend.

Good quality
Easy to swallow and the overall quality of this product was very good. It did not have a bad smell to it as well. The ingredients used were very good and the overall value of the product was extremely good.

Great vitamin
Price point is just right for this vitamin. I am not pregnant but it is easy to find in stores.
Easy to swallow and really improved my hair and nail health. Highly recommend for anyone that needs a vitamin.

My wife loves them!
My wife has been wanting to have another child and decided to take prenatals again. These have been great. She loves that these are easy to take every day. They do not hurt her stomach like some other vitamins have done. Most of all she said her hair and nails and overall health has been so much better after using these.
