Directions

Take one tablet daily. Can be taken anytime, even on an empty stomach. For all-day nausea relief, take 1/2 tablet in the morning and 1/2 tablet later in the day.

Love this! I take it daily and it doesn't make me sick in the first trimester. I've used it for two pregnancies and two post partums now!

Good stuff
Not pregnant but preparing my body for when I do! The pills were intimidating at first because they are large but smooth and easy to swallow. I've noticed that my hair, skin and nails have improved and overall well-being. I appreciate that it's once daily and reduces nausea. I use to feel nauseous all the time for whatever reason but I'm sure I was just missing some vitamins! I would definitely buy again although it's pricey - it's nice to know that the ingredients are natural! Finished one bottle and on to the next.
