These are great
Hair and nails are growing like crazy. And they are strong. I feel great.. Have more energy. Sleep better as well. My libido has increased as well. Warning: take on a full stomach or at least after a few bites with your meal. I?m not one to generally get nauseous but these will do it.

Excellent formulation
I took these vitamins years ago and loved them. Not sure why I stopped taking them, but I just recommended them to a friend and she loves them. Trying to finish my other vitamins that are not of good quality before getting to these again. Don't think that I will make the mistake of switching again!

I'm sure these are doing the job, but they are HUGE and difficult to swallow, so I will not be purchasing them again.

Totally fabulous product!!
I've been taking vitamins for years and this multiple for women tops the list. The product gives me more energy and I look and feel better. Just purchased not one, but two bottles.

One pill a day with the best mix of supplements
Most one a day vitamins don't have all the nutrients I needed, so I had to add a lot of extra vitamins. This is a nice mix, and though I add a few extra vitamins, it is the best i've seen on the market. Also, if you have a sensitive stomach, cut it in half and eat it at breakfast and at night!
Just want to be healthy
