Best Answer:  I used it when I was in wrestling and football when I was in my teens and never had a problem, as long as you follow the right measurements. I don't see a problem.

Just wondering if this helps for hard gainers to gain muscle mass. taking a weight gainer as well and looking to start on creatine. Also, any positive or negative side effects? thanks

Best Answer:  Take the creatine for sure. Start slowly increasing calorie count and you may have to change your routine to 4-8 rep set heavy. Eating clean and correct amounts are vital to gain. Do some internet research and you will find a couple solid approaches to try.
