Good Creatine
Good product. Anyone down-rating this because it does not dissolve in water means you have real creatine. Creatine has low solubility in water. So, you will always have some particles after mixing which is why they make a micronized version of it- so it remains more easily suspended in fluid.

Worth the bucks
I'm 67 and after regular use my strength has increased and muscle looks healthier. One teaspoon a day and drinking water through out the day helps absorb right into the muscles. But for those who doubt the effectiveness you must weight train for results. No side effects unless you take to much in one day.

Feeling stronger
I can definitely feel a difference since i started using this creatine a few weeks ago. I finished my loading phase and currently in my maintenance phase. I starting using creatine mainly to help my weaker muscles develop, and I think my theory has been working so far. Really trying to work on my equilibrium and I think this is going to be a good solution for it. My only thing is that it doesnt mix very well in my drinks. It tends to sink to the bottom of the cup no matter how much I shake, stir, or blend. So, for me to feel like Im getting the full dosage, I scoop it directly into my mouth and chase it with an energy drink or maybe like a pre-workout drink.

It works. No bs inside. Just regular creatine nothing more. My only complain it was not the big one I usually get. I can?t find it anywhere.

Mixes well
The new version of this product has smaller grains so it mixes better and doesn't leave nearly as much grit and you can't taste/feel the grit as you're drinking it. My only complaint is the new container design has a much smaller opening which makes it difficult to use a scoop with.

Best Answer:  Take the creatine for sure. Start slowly increasing calorie count and you may have to change your routine to 4-8 rep set heavy. Eating clean and correct amounts are vital to gain. Do some internet research and you will find a couple solid approaches to try.
