Does not dissolve. Has a terrible texture.
This creatine does not dissolve and leaves a chunky or grainy texture. A lot of it settles on the bottom despite it being micronized. Also, the lack of a scooper leads to fewer servings than is advertised. I would only use this for a loading phase if it's on sale and then move on to something better such as Transparent Labs.

Is this product safe to use to build muscle? Can you explain how this works with your body? With in regards to intake of fat and protein. By the way, can you recommend a good carb/fat/protein ratio for me? My goal is to add muscle onto my frame. I am currently at 142lbs. My bodyfat is around 18%. I try to take in 150g of protein per day, but I am not sure about my carb and fat intake as well. I don't want to bulk up, but I do want to increase my muscle density. I am also taking creatine. please contact me. For male, age 32. 5 "5", 142lbs.
