Best Answer:  Take the creatine for sure. Start slowly increasing calorie count and you may have to change your routine to 4-8 rep set heavy. Eating clean and correct amounts are vital to gain. Do some internet research and you will find a couple solid approaches to try.

Is this product safe to use to build muscle? Can you explain how this works with your body? With in regards to intake of fat and protein. By the way, can you recommend a good carb/fat/protein ratio for me? My goal is to add muscle onto my frame. I am currently at 142lbs. My bodyfat is around 18%. I try to take in 150g of protein per day, but I am not sure about my carb and fat intake as well. I don't want to bulk up, but I do want to increase my muscle density.
